Which Browsers does Canvas Support? - Canvas generally supports the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, as well as the mobile versions of each.

What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas? - Canvas will work on a wide variety of computer systems, but it is usually best to have a computer that is no more than 3-5 years old (the standard lifecycle of computing technology is around 3-4 years).

Will Canvas work on my mobile device? - Canvas has apps available for both iOS (iPhone, iPad, etc.) and Android devices. Canvas will also work on mobile web browsers, but they recommend using the appropriate app instead (as the app is optimized to work on those devices).

How do I enter a custom grading schema? - By deafult, a grading schema is added to all courses in Canvas. A tutorial is linked for you to watch.

How do I upload my grades to Joe'SS from Canvas? - The grade export tool is now available to use in Canvas. This allows you to take your midterm and final grades from Canvas and import it into Joe'SS. Here is a video of the process.

Canvas Community

The Canvas Community is where like-minded students and teachers from all over the world can meet to discuss Canvas features and issues. Ask a question, share an idea, or join a group.

Canvas takes feature requests very seriously and if enough people are able to voice support for a desired feature, then it is possible that the feature will be introduced in a future release. This happens quite frequently.
