We offer consultation service for a number of different areas that impact faculty instructors on campus.

Content Support Analysis: Having trouble trying to get your content online? Want to know the best format to present your information? Concerned about digital piracy? We can offer advice and potential solutions on these and other issues. For example, converting a PowerPoint presentation into Shockwave or Flash format is not as easy as it sounds, especially if there are audio/video files embedded into the PowerPoint presentation.
Technology Classroom Walkthroughs: We can provide faculty with a walkthrough of a technology-enhanced classroom. We strongly recommend all faculty who will be teaching in a technology-enhanced classroom to do a thorough walkthrough of the classroom before they begin teaching there. We can show you how all of the equipment works (this includes the projector, the instructor station computer, the laptop connector, and all other multimedia presentation equipment such as DVD players, VCRs, document cameras, and so forth), potential pitfalls when presenting, and even some effective presentation techniques.
Clicker Classroom Support: If you are a faculty member teaching in a clicker-enabled classroom, we can help you get your class set up to use clickers. If you are not sure whether or not you want to use clickers, we can also help you arrive at an informed decision. Although clickers can be a very effective tool to help students understand and retain course material, we understand that clickers may not be the right tool for every class or for every instructor.
Other Technology Solutions: We can help you find a technology-based solution for many different issues facing educators. We can also offer demonstrations of any technology currently in place to support education. We can demonstrate new technology that has not been deployed on campus. We are always looking for early adopters of new technology and are eager to form new partnerships with individuals and groups on campus who are committed to providing technology-enhanced instruction as a means of improving student success.
