Blackboard 9.1 is significantly different from Blackboard 9.0 in key ways. The Grade Center in particular has some additional features. Blackboard 9.1 also comes with a much more powerful test question-organization and building tool, even though creating test questions themselves is still a bit challenging (Respondus and Diploma are much better tools for creating questions).

Any instructor who is highly dependent on Blackboard is STRONGLY encouraged to attend one of the sessions below! All instructors are welcome to attend, of course.

Directions for signing up:

1. Click one of the Register links next to the date you wish to attend.
   
   
2. Click the Register link again on the calendar page:
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in at least your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address (everything else is optional).
   
   
4. Click Next.
   
   
5. Click Submit to confirm. You will receive an email with details about the event and a confirmation number.

IMPORTANT: Although the registration deadline is marked as the day before each session, the TRUE registration deadline is at 11:59:59 PM of the day before that. In other words, if the registration deadline says "May 29", then registration will actually close at 11:59:59 PM of May 28. This is a "feature" of the calendaring tool.
