CLASSROM TECHNOLOGY - Control Panels

AMX panels are one of the two types of display switches available in classrooms. The other type is the EZtrol, which is being phased out.

AMX panels are highly customizable to a variety of classroom technology situations. However, there is a "standard" configuration used in a majority of AMX-equipped classrooms. There are also "specialized" versions of the AMX control panels based on the needs of a department or a classroom. For instance, Butler-Carlton Hall 125 has three screens with three projectors. Using an AMX control panel, it is possible to have a different display on each of the screens.
